Not rosyncrantz, but this looks fairly doable. (And I'm not the craftiest person.)

I'd go to Joann's or Michael's.

Get some decorative branches and put them into a green foam base that's used for flower arrangements. Get some fake flowers to cover the base, or get some white satin fabric and bunch around it like a Christmas tree.

In your pic, you have crystals dangling from bead strands. Joann's sells both. The strands come in like 6-12 inch lengths, and come in a variety of bead types. And get some cool tear drop crystals. They come with holes. Just get jewelry rings to fasten them to you beade strands.

The tea light holders, I'm not sure if Joann's would have them, but there are some on Amazon. Like this or this. There are now plenty of battery powered tea lights that flicker and look nice. Get a box.

The hardest part is going to be getting the decorative branches. The one in the picture looks like some grayish birch, but they will probably be dark brown in the stores. You could keep that color and drape it with crystals and beads. Or you may want to spray paint them, and I would go with a soft gray instead of a white. You may also be able to find some (relatively) cheap trees on stands as Christmas decorations.

Good luck!

I'm using terrariums in my wedding as well, I'm putting candles in them, but they are hanging terrariums, if that's something you'd be interested in.
