I use something like this but if that is too much for foam you just have to improvise. You can also cut it down to fit if need be with a kitchen knife.
You can cut these wedges in half and use them. You could also get yoga blocks that would work well. A lot of "speaker stands" are way more expensive than they really should be, so often it's best to find something else that works just as well. If you want to get actual speaker stands, make sure you measure and get the right height that you need.
