Yep, heated.

You can have:

Expensive gas RV heaters
Electric heater - not sure if viable
"Portable" Tankless Water Heater
DIY heated tank with a water pump - camping gas stove with secured pot?
Camping gas shower
Cheapest of all Solar shower
