Even Amazon is getting in on the action. This one is a fat tire folding bike. Probably not the highest quality, but for $700 its hard to beat...
If space is an issue, there's also a 20" fat folder by Ecotric (what you linked above). I own it, and I'm a bit heavier than you are. So far no flats (my round trip is about 14 miles), and I've hit gravel and potholes with the thing going downhill...., oh, and the worst, but still survivable - cobblestone. It can climb hills okay, depending on the incline.
If you're double concerned though....buy tire sealant, put in tire. I swore by Slime back when I rode a regular tire sized MTB.
