Okay, Read the article that /u/DevastatorIIC posted and it suggests several options for facial hair people. I suggest reading the entire article but for a quick reference this is what they suggest:

The way these work per the article is instead of sealing around the face, its a full hood that seals around the neck instead. So as long as your facial hair isn't so big that it prevents you form wearing the hood they should work.
