Try that bag out, fill it with 2 liters of warm saline solution. Man, I went 12 days once with no activity and that's probably the worst I've ever felt in my entire life, and this bag saved me. Fill it up, lie on your side and take in as much of the 2 liter saline that you possibly can while massaging your stomach on the floor.
