Doesn't exist. But if your load for each receptacle will be less than 10A, then you can easily make one using a regular receptacle wired through an [Enerwave dual z-wave relay] (http://www.amazon.com/Enerwave-ZWN-RSM2-Z-Wave-Convert-Enabled/dp/B00JWVNH4Y) - Amazon link.
I've uploaded a simple wiring diagram to Imgur. Everything fits easily inside a single-gang box. The only thing to bear in mind is these outlets are restricted to a 10A load each.
Me too. The best I've been able to come up with is a standard occupancy Sensor light switch, and then wire it in to one of those z-wave modules made for working with existing switches. You just tuck it behind the switch inside the box. That should allow motion activated lighting, regular switch control, and z-wave control. You just don't get any motion sensor information via z-wave but you can basically assume that if the bathroom light is on motion was detected and use it that way.

I didn't even consider that. That would solve the triple and dual boxes throughout my house, all but the one I pictured opened up. That box has the tile cut smaller than a standard box. Is there anything I can do about that box other than using this or cutting the tile to fit.
That particular box I can't think of a situation where I wouldn't want both of those switches on at once, so I might even investigating re-wiring them to one switch to begin with. The problem with that is that each of them is on a separate breaker for some reason.

I may have misdirected you on the relay part... what I meant was an actual relay Vs the Wink Relay.

I can control two existing dumb switches with one device. So in my case I have the outside porch lights and porch outlets in the ceiling (for holiday lighting) controlled by the one relay. Saves space and money.
As for the Wink Relay, I could see how it would help, I just don't have the right setup for it. Most of my boxes where it would make sense are 3 gang or more.
I have a couple switches depending on the config.
for the foyer chandelier, the switches are still toggle and it is a three way switch. So I used the GE Zwave with add-on switch to help it blend in a bit.

There are cheaper alternatives out there, I just used these cause I had gift cards and were located locally so I could return them if there was an issue.
