When I visited the doc in April I was 295. I knew I needed a change so I just watched what I ate and avoided night eating. Then back to the doc a month later I was 289.
After that I learned about IF in the beginning of this month and started checking it out. I went with the 16:8 method and this week started hitting the gym. Finally weighed myself and I was down a huge portion. I hit the gym twice a day before and after work with lots of cardio. 6-8 miles a day.

So far it's pretty accurate from what I can tell, I've crossed checked with multiple scales.
