It is this exact item: Foamily Acoustic Foam Egg Crate Panel Studio Foam Wall Panel 48" X 24" X 2.5" (2 Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DB0QP8G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_9I0QDbG71Q2XT

For them to work properly and more effectively I would need more of them. This is in my living room and so they are mostly just aesthetic. I have a spare bedroom that I use as a studio and that one has many more lining the walls and I think it helps when recording, but I’m certainly not a pro engineer and it may very well be a placebo, lol.

>Hi guys...I've seen a lot of ghetto/half ass s9's in a cooler solutions which seems to be pretty decent in lowering the volume a bit, but could something like this work....I was thinking of building a wooden box, large enough to fit several mining machines (right now I only have one S9, but I know upgrading and expanding will be necessary in the near future)

>The wooden box/cabinet would be lined on the inside with soundproof foam - would this work? i'd also vent out the hot air out of the box. should I have a fan inside this box as well? I'm in the Boston area so our summers are hot/humid - our winters are cold/brutal.

>Thanks guys.
