Did bodyscan and sitting meditation today. Bodyscan I tried to relax as much as possible to the point I was practically asleep, that's hard for me since I tend to fixate on "doing things right" ... also bought wind chime and forest sounds, and the sound of summer rain (both off Amazon) to help relax. Also will be incorporating color therapy as blue light helps relax me, using LED candles (http://amzn.com/B00B1BSAOA.) I got through almost the whole metta meditation, up until the neutral person, I just can't do meditating on people I don't like yet.
I have some light color changing candles I bought off Amazon. They're amazing, set such a fun mood and they also come with a remote :) I am in love with them and my boyfriend likes them too!
