I'm guessing this gary&ghost company (Shenzen, China) is a reseller of those artiart products and basically gets them white labeled as their own. But the Designed by Artiart (Beijing) term is on the back still, for whatever reason.
What did you use to look around in Google Images in the first part. I understood the second parts but I'm curious how you searched in Google Images initially.
