I use 1 tbs powder and 7 tbs water. There is a guide on here somewhere that describes how to. If I understand correctly, the glycerin just adds thickness to the solution. I'm acne prone so I just use water.

And it very healthy for the body. Also helps with nerve exposure, just floss it with this product with water. Its a life saver and it think everyone should have one in the house. sure expensive but will last for a while. makes your teeth feel good and fresh and strong. It has a small scoop inside, daily one scoop and mix it in water to drink it.. but i swish it around after teeth brush first and drink the rest. it could boost the effects too. its random for me thought.
