Since those are Third party items for mainly the Frame Arms an original line of kits mirroring MG Gundam models, then its unreliable in how it fits to other companies and their kits.
If you can find tiny translucent clear rubber bands, I have had a few for figures and I have them on their hands on keep their weapons in place. On an MG it should be easy enough to hide between fingers and other crevices as well as being translucent. Offers a different option vs glue or blu tac.
Considering the recent craze for "loom bands" then finding such should very very very easy.

If you feel like the white of the band might be too much and not clear enough, you could just get some black ones and those should blend into your gunpla's hands nicely. (if they are black....)
