I'm leaving China and have a 2000 watt transformer that I'm not taking back with me.

It is an actual transformer, not solid state, so this beast weights in at about 25 pounds.

It is an STU-2000N.

Free to good home.

I must evacuate by the 30th, hence it must be picked up by Saturday, September 30th.

I'm located in Pudong, near the southwest corner of Century Park.

If the device is 110/220 an adapter can be used. If it's smaller than a electric razer, you can use a little wall transformer. bigger, you need a big transformer/converter, like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0022U4J12 depends on the watts.

Although that can be a plus. I have a 220v Kamjove that heats water in an astonishingly short amount of time. I had to buy a "portable" step-up/step-down power transformer from Amazon for about $80 to use it, but it was worth it!

Still, regarding this particular offer, there are a lot of red flags to me. It's a generic picture used by a lot of posters so what one gets may be different, particularly since the text is generic and doesn't quite match (3 piece set is mentioned at one point). I'd avoid this particular purchase, but I'd never avoid a 220v kettle!
