TBH the S.W. Toner is too expensive for the quantity
Here's the custom recipe I've created for it.

Thayers Alcohol-free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera, 12 oz ($10)
Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (With the Mother), 16 Ounce - 1 Pack ($10)
Miracle Botanicals Premium Bulgarian Clary Sage Essential Oil - 100% Pure Salvia Sclarea - 10ml ($10)

1/3 cup Filtered Water (free)
1/3 cup Thayer's Witch Hazel (4.5 uses)

Uses equal amount used per 12 ounces of toner created

I second grapeseed oil. Acne sufferers are usually low in linoleic acid, so it's good to start with a oil high in that. This oil is thin and sinks in quickly and leaves a nice glow on your skin. It's a staple in my skincare as an oil cleanser and moisturizer (body as well!) I even have my boyfriend using it!

The one I use (8oz) for ~$10
