The Guilikit Route+ is pretty good. 50 bucks on Amazon and works in both modes. Also supports voicechat

I'd skip it and get this instead. Or something similar. The one in OP's link requires charging.
I think bluetooth adapter is good investment for the switch. This is the one that I got for my switch.

Connect your wireless headphones to it, play handheld. Or you can also plug an extra adapter (that comes in the box) directly to the dock and use wireless headphones while playing docked
This one works hella better and is built for the Switch. Not only that but it works with Airpods and my Beats Solo Wireless 3’s.
