Really at this point since no one sells it anymore, so the only sites selling are those with remaining copies. Various amazon sellers have 4 copies left : http://www.amazon.com/Halo-Combat-Evolved-Pc/dp/B00005NZ1G
Other then finding a used or remaining copy your only option is to pirate it. Its unfortunate , but microsoft doesn't want to sell it anymore

when I was a kid my older brother had saved up and bought the original xbox. sometimes he would let me play halo with him and I thought it was the best thing ever. one day I asked if I could play while he was at work and he told me no. so I hid his wallet on him and allowed him to believe he lost it for a week. he ended up having to reschedule his road test for his license because of it.
