There's tons of stations in the area, you don't have to go crazy. Any cheap indoor antenna will work, just prop it up in a window for the best reception. I used this one in Belleville and got around 100 stations or so. You can easily find others for even cheaper than $15.

There’s no plug it’s usb charge so keep that in mind. We get 82 channels here in west Asheville with it....
Another option is getting a digital antenna (like this one - https://smile.amazon.com/Antenna-Amplified-Detachable-Amplifier-Booster/dp/B073NYT5MK/). I live in FL so only about 1/2 of the games are on TV here, but the quality is always great, better than most streaming options, although r/nflstreams has been great this year.
