For the showerhead: get something like [this] (http://www.amazon.com/Centers-Chrome-Plated-Diverter-Clawfoot/dp/B002ZV62DQ). Take it to your local hardware/plumbing place and get a long straight piece that will screw into the top bit, bonus points if they can bend it for you, or buy a curved bit. While there pick out a nice showerhead.
Screw the things together and use something to hold the tall bit next to the showerhead to the curtain holder you just built.

I can probably fit a hose to that, but I don't know about the other end. would this hose fit to this faucet? if not, how do I adapt it?
