This one. I measured it as 37.7 W at the wall. Super-cheap, was only $40 CAD delivered; it's less now. I like it as it gives off very little heat, and it's low profile doesn't take up any vertical space in my bucket.

Here is my setup.

actually just the most basic 45W LED panel because this was an extremely inexpensive grow and half of it was planned to be outdoors but i planted to early and the weather was just shit until recently, my 2 new seedlings will have a way better start because once they are big enough to go outside they will thrive with sunlight and actually grow to their maximum height , considering i spent less than $200 altogether i'd say i should make a decent harvest hoping for 2 oz a plant out of the maximum yield of 3.5oz

Okay. You need some Rockwool cubes for your seeds. Start your seeds in those. Put them in a sealed container so it stays humid, make sure the temperature is at least 20 degrees Celsius. Preferably around 25 degrees. You should see seedlings start to pop up in a couple days with the right conditions. I'd wait until the first set of leaves appear before transplanting ( not the seedling leaves)

Hydroponics is extremely simple and has awesome results. I'm currently about to do the Kratky mason jar method.

Your lights might not be enough. You can find nice powerful LED lights on Amazon.

These are some examples of nice compact grow lights.

NUTRIENTS - Seedlings do not need a pack load of nutrients. They can survive off of just water for a couple sets of leaves before dying from lack of nutrients.

Currently under a 45W LED light with aluminum foil around it to increase reflectivity, however before it was under just a tiny LED, hence the stretching (no longer doing so). However now it appears to be suffering from a potassium deficiency and slow growth. I am using PH perfect nutrients 3 part in coir and perlite. Not sure how to treat any deficiencies with these nutrients as they are all supposed to be used together at once. Once it grows another set of leaves I plan on putting it under a 1000W HPS. Perhaps also important is that I am doing 24hr lighting as I have just discovered my light timer is broken (will buy one tomorrow to commence 18/6). Any help/instructions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

I think they will be good for getting seedlings going. I don't have high expectations for these lights. If you remind me in a week or two I can let you know if they are any good.

Long term I am hoping to get lights like what you recommend.

Hey dude, whatever works. Like I said the plant in there now wont even be smoked. It was a tester I grew to test nutrient mixtures etc. It was grown in a garbage can under THIS D: with no air at all. I had no idea what I was doing 3 months ago.
