for emulation, single core speed matters. Therefore, I'd recommend an i5 9400f build

I think the first two are probably the best bang-for-the buck. The rtx 2060 build would offer the best pc gaming experience, but the gpu is kind of a waste on current emulators. The 9600K + gtx 1660 build is probably the best performer all around for emulation.
I have basically this set up iBUYPOWER Elite Slate2 080i Desktop Gaming PC - Intel i5-9400F 2.9GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, 1TB Intel 660P Nvme SSD, 8GB DDR4-2666 RAM, Wifi Included, RGB, Win 10 Home 64-bit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NSX5BPG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_gjI2CbMFWCZ3J
And I run well over 144 till end game then maybe dip down to 100 if there's 20-30 people left. People who know more than me about computers won't believe me and I don't know why it works so well but that's my experience with it
Building one yourself will be the best route .. you might have a tech savvy friend that can help you out building it
https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/csQzK8/modest-amd-gaming-build
Still you will need keyboard / mouse / monitor...
Instead of 16GB ram you can go 8GB and later on upgrade it ...
If not look at least a pre built with at least an AMD RX580 or Nvidia 1600 (better ir it’s a 1660)

This is really similar to what I bought for the price and I have had 0 issues with it. I'm sure you can get a better bargain for the dollar with building it yourself this is just my suggestion.
Good luck!
Hello, I'm new in the PCMR and I'm trying to buy my first gaming pc, I'm mexican and here is difficult to find good pc parts cheap, but I found this prebuilt ibuypower pc off sale ($770 usd aprox.) and I want to know what are the downsides of the pc or what should I be worried about this prebuilt pc.
