https://www.fuselenses.com/custom-lenses.php (They do custom cut lenses. It'll run you around 50 for the shipping, cutting, and lenses altogether (that price is for the polarized lenses with all the coatings), but if you really can't part with a particular set of frames these guys come in pretty handy).

And, if you're really serious about glare, I bought a pair of these (https://www.amazon.com/Julbo-Vermont-Mythic-Limited-Lenses/dp/B00BJ8TGVG/ref=sr_1_1?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1522792846&sr=1-1&nodeID=7141123011&psd=1&keywords=julbo+vermont+alti+arc) last year and they're more than enough for the water. They also do have a browbar if you remove the leather bit in the middle.
