I love that my post helps you out! I was also looking for posts with shorter females and man was that a struggle. Definitely happy to help you out! In the beginning I ate a lot of that 90 second keto bread lol. I craved bread a ton when I first started so this helped out. I'd eat it with cream cheese or slices of cheddar (or any cheese you prefer really). I had a lot of bacon as well. My boyfriend would turn his taco dinners into taco salads for me (basically just the taco without the shell or wrap). It's all about control really. You want a burger? Replace the bun with lettuce. You want bread? Make keto bread. You want dessert? Eat Breyers Carb Smart Chocolate ice cream (a GOD SEND). When I didn't have time to make meals or was feeling lazy (bc I really am a lazy cook...), I would make a keto chow shake. These filled me right up and all the macros are listed out for you already. I prefer peanut butter chocolate for when I blend it in my nutri bullet, and chocolate mint/chocolate when I take a shake to work. Make the normal shake the night before and refrigerate it. They taste better and come out thicker (at least that's how I like it). I just realized I wrote a lot so here's a consolidated list:

  • 90 second keto bread w/ keto friendly side (cheese, sour cream, cream cheese)
  • BACON, meat meat meat
    • I'd pair this with Gordon Ramsay eggs (super easy to make if you make them often)
  • Keto Chow
  • S A S H I M I
  • Breyers CARB SMART ice cream for those sweets cravings

I had a very strict list of things I ate the first 2 months, but you'll realize much later on that you just get a feel for what you should and shouldn't eat and kind of guess-timate your caloric intake for the day. I strongly suggest counting in the beginning (first couple months) until you're comfortable enough not counting. If you find yourself stalling, try Intermittent Fasting.

OH ANOTHER LIST if you want to go out to eat:

  • Five Guys has a lettuce bun option already built into their online menu if you're scared to ask for it IRL like me >>
  • Wendy's also has a lettuce bun option
  • Rocky Point Creamery (a stretch bc its in Maryland) has a sugar free ice cream option
  • Sushi will always be your best friend, just get sashimi and if you want rice on the side just count the carbs
