I got it about a month and a half ago, what’s worked best for me is kinesiology tape. There’s a good tutorial on application..
Other then that, a physical therapist I work with showed me a very subtle calf stretch that helps take some tension off of the tendon. Also, ice massage and alternating heat and ice baths.
But ya, definitely stick with the bike until the pain is totally gone, otherwise rupture is gonna take a hell of a lot longer to heal.
