This strip in either red/blue or white, going to run them around the inside of the frame, with strips dividing each plants space so that the parts of the plants facing each other get some light too.

It seems like a good overall coverage and apparently would keep temperatures to the level I’m looking at, as I’m in the UK and it doesn’t often get hot.
The only reason I’ve gone for solely LED is that they seem really easy to set up and with 5 separate lights being used I can turn some off if need be, as a first timer I just want everything to be easy af and I have found it hard to grasp lighting other than LED
Any thoughts on the LED strips aimed at plant growth? I've been seeing them on amazon a lot lately, and surely they're even better than "regular" coloured strips, no? I'm specifically talking about LED strips such as these
