I used to buy old navy -- but once I found these, I haven't bought any other Jeans. They are very comfortable, and have a great comfortable waist. They are usually less than $40. I am 6 foot and about the same weight as you. The 46/30 fit pretty well, but I wear them properly over my belly -- so the length is maybe a half--inch too long.
