You say your job isn't interesting. What can you do to make it more interesting? Do you need more challenges? Is there some project you're interested in starting? They obviously value you there, and I'd bet there are opportunities to make the job more appealing without walking away entirely. Find what you really love to do and build soft skills around it. Do something, anything. Personal projects, tutorials, start discussion groups, workshops, become an expert. This way you will find your tribe, and most likely, a life where you love your work.
