You could buy a bridge. Here's an 8 port model that's $50 on Amazon. You could find one with fewer ports, different brand, sale, etc.

Yes we get 100Mbps from our provider however normally we get up to 150 ish depending on how many things we have on at any given time.
Also money is not tight I like to pay more for quality than just getting something that would "just" work.

And I've been really happy with it. No issues at all with the eero. I also have a TP-Link 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Desktop Switch (TL-SG108) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A121WN6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ydxCybXDYEYS6 that has been working great too.
