I would use two of the 8 inch versions that I got. Those have twice the cfm of air moving through the fan, I would recommend cutting a panel rather than buying one as it is cheaper and will fit your specific window better. with a total of 4800 watts I believe that your config could use the fans im using however if you want a quieter setup get the bigger fans as they are quieter. Also make sure that the tent you buy has an intake and exhaust that can take 8 inch diameter hvac tubing.

Also those are HUGE tents that you mentioned, the 60x60x72 is gonna be INSANE. with 36 rigs I would recommend maybe a 48x48x80 rig, having a 24x36x60 shelf unit inside.Being able to plug in the cables to the pc is the hardest part. Also get one hdmi/displayport cable, one ethernet cable, usb extention cables to be able to debug and connect to the miners inside. I also recommend getting insulated tubing rather than the shiny stuff that I got.
