Question - I remember getting this based on dentist recommendation - https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00495Q5OW/

Any thoughts on mouthwash in general?

I know Tom's of Maine is SLS-free, but I don't think it contains Fluoride. So you'd have to follow up brushing with a fluoride rinse (my go-to is the purple Listerine Total Care).

I just did a quick Google search for other SLS-free toothpastes, and supposedly the Verve Ultra toothpaste is good, but I've never heard of it. But this one does have fluoride. Amazon link

I have a bad ulcer on my lip right now and I'm going to rinse with warm salt water tonight after I brush & hope it helps - I'm getting my teeth cleaned tomorrow!

EDIT: here is the Listerine Total Care I'm talking about. I recommend it to all of my patients no matter what because just about everyone who brushes w/fluoride toothpaste will rinse their mouth out with water afterwards - and wash away all of that fluoride you just coated your teeth with! So by following up with this, you're putting the fluoride back!
