Magicka is incredibly fun, I was actually just playing that. Right now, it's $2.50 on Amazon, because of their Mayhem sale (heheh punny). Also, Borderlands is fun which is also on sale on amazon. I'll give you a free copy of Dota 2, I have way too many and already have it. I bet FC3 is a bit out of the price range, but I strongly recommend that, too.

All of these are on sale and are a HUGE deal IMO. I mean, BL GOTY and BL2 for $20 is amazing. If you don't have that much money, buy the Borderlands pack and Magicka, those three are amazing games, and really fun on multiplayer.
As far as I know, you have to install Steam to play Magicka, so no matter where you buy it from you are essentially buying it on Steam. Amazon has it discounted still for $3.39, so buy it from there and use the serial number they send you to activate the game on Steam.
It's also on sale at amazon for $3.39. It registers on Steam. My friend recently bought it from here.
