Magpul makes an MLOK light mount and separate rings. The kit will cost about $45. I think you can even get them on Amazon. Can't go wrong with Magpul. Other than that arson machine makes nice stuff, arisaka defense or Odin works are all respectable light mounts.

I only got it yesterday but so far it seems pretty good. I was worried about it being way too bright for using indoors but after testing it that doesn't seem to be the case. I have this Magpul rail extension mounted on the front most M-Lok slot on the left side of the handguard, and have the light mounted to that. The pressure switch is actually on the top rail, just behind where my thumb naturally rests. So far that seems like a quick and comfortable setup to use.

Dude these are AR's, you can change literally everything about them. It has a rail on it, so yes you can mount a red dot.

Buy one of these handguards and one of these flashlight mounts and you're good to go.
