Two things. I said google it because you would find videos on how to clean bearings. That is much better in my opinion than someone typing it out.

And I'm sorry if I didn't seem helpful. You really want tips for cleaning bearings...

Use 90% rubbing alcohol. Put it in a container that has a lid with two openings (often used in cooking). One is open and the other slotted. Take your bearing covers off with a pin. It takes a bit to get good at it, but the secret is to do it from the inner race. So toss just your bearings in there and shake it up.

But there is another step you can do. Find a vibrating massager and put it on the bottom of your container. The higher power ones will obviously work better. After doing that for a minute or so (you really don't need to do it longer) Pour some fresh rubbing alcohol in a shallow dish/bowl/whateverthefuck.

Using the slotted side of your first container drain the now dirtier liquid into another container. I use an old can. Take your bearings out and one by one spin them with your fingers in the shallow dish of rubbing alcohol. Place on clean paper towel, pat dry; a compressed air can works too. Dry bearings receive oil better. (oil is hydrophobic..) Now oil your bearings. Believe it or not, less can be better. I have used everything from car oil, sewing machine oil, general house hold oil, tri-flow, and speed cream. I recommend a drop on half the bearings. (and a cleaning every week)

Find were you neglected your rubber seals (if you have them) and wipe them off. Put them in your wheels and done. shhhiiiittt.

Many people on SSRIs that develop RLS need to go onto an RLS medication to help with the symptoms.

Some things to avoid:
Caffeine, alcohol, melatonin, sedating cold/allergy medicines, over-the-counter “PM” drugs (like Tylenol PM, Unisom, etc)— anything that contains diphenhydramine.

Some people respond well to different distractions: weight, compression, heat, vibration, orgasm, stretching. I use a large footplate massager on my legs like this, when I’m flared. I stick it in bed with me, and sleep with it. I’ve had it for over 10 years, still works great:

If a foot massager is acceptable, consider ordering a Medi-Rub which can be used with shoes on . . ebay.
