I use cotton balls and one of these pump-dispenser bottles with 91% alcohol. The cotton balls are super cheap and the pump dispenser makes it super easy, just dab it on there a couple times, wipe and throw away.
Wallgreens also sells a similar bottle with 100% pure acetone for a couple bucks.
