XY chromosome here, so I don't know how your particular pain feels but as someone who has severely injured his back and abdominal muscles weightlifting I have experienced horrible pain in the same body region. A hot/cold compression sleeve might work wonders for you especially if the pain in is the lower back & abdominal region specifically, and based on massages I've given to female companions in similar pain I would assume so.
