I personally would steer clear from biologics. I have taken enbrel and did not like it what so ever. I also have taken Otezla (not a biologic) which cleared up all my psoriasis, but gave me depression so I stopped taking it. Immunosuppressants cause long term damage that can fry your insides.
I'd highly recommend seeing a GI specialist. Do not see a dermatologist (all they do is prescribe biologics without addressing underlying causes). The psoriasis you have has to do with inflamation in your gut. Diet/lifestyle changes are truly the only way to get rid of this. Trust me i've battled my plaque psoriasis since I was in 2nd grade all over my body, and nothing has helped like my current SIBO protocol prescribed by a chiropractor that focuses on nutrition.
On a side note, I like to put Vitamin E oil on my skin, I think it's the best for treating dry skin. My skin stays moist for hours on this stuff
