This shit right here. Teaspoon of that, hot water, and about 1/4 cup of half and half and you're golden. It's pure instant espresso, and somehow it forms a nice frothy crema on top, too, which gives it a creamy texture. I don't usually put sugar in my coffee, but two of these homemade Americanos do me wonders in the morning.
You can find it in the city, too. Walmart is cheapest at ~$6 a jar, Superstore is ~$7, everywhere else will be ~$9. Except sometimes it goes on sale and then it's $5 a jar, so maybe check some flyers or check back until you see it go on sale and then stock up!
A jar makes ~100 cups of coffee, so with cream it works out to maybe 75c a cup or so.
