it's too expensive for what it is. instead i take those two which, when combined, gives you the exact same content but much cheaper. And yes, it works marvels:

I've struggled with this a lot. I do saline rinses with a neti pot or a squeeze bottle to help with my allergies(http://www.neilmed.com/usa/index.php). You can find the kits that include the salt/baking soda sachets, along with a squeeze bottle at your local pharmacy. Make sure to only use bottled water or filtered water to do the rinse. I also recommend Quercetin.
