Your Kindle uses an ARM CPU. There is no generally available version of desktop Windows for ARM that includes the entire Windows stack for running GUI apps and services. There was an ARM version of Windows back when the original Surface came out but that was scrapped because it didn't sell well. It was never made available aftermarket and is locked to specific hardware. You can't install it on a Kindle due to platform locking and drivers.

I have an Ematic 8" tablet that I picked up from Sears a few months ago for ~$30 after deals/discounts/points/etc. It runns pretty slowly but it doesn't crash very often.

I just picked up the 2016 NuVision 8" tablet from Amazon. I grabed a Used/Like new version for ~$50. It runs so much better, almost as smooth as my laptop. I think it's saving grace is that it has 2GB of RAM whereas the Ematic only has 1GB and EarnHoney/Flash are so memory intensive.

3-4 windows 10 tablets .i took a chance on a cheap nuvision TM8000W560L , its runs gomezpeer,earnhoneyx2 with no problem . it was 70$ or so when i ordered it

I am thinking about using a tablet to make sort of a Google voice desk phone. Is there any reason the man o war wouldnt work with Android using an otg cable ? I assume not if you got it to work with an s8. I was more wondering how the RF dongle would work.

If so, maybe I could use this.

I was using the Fujitsu 810 years ago, but it's outlived its usefulness. I've moved on to more recent windows/atom based tablets like these:

I also typically set up at least 2 units with identical software for redundancy. Cheap hardware doesn't always last as long as expensive hardware, but I'd have to have redundancy on expensive hardware anyway. The Pipo unit really gets slammed around a few times a week, every week, for a few months now - so it's proven itself to be fairly rugged.
