I think a cool mist is recommended over warm mist. I'm also just getting ready to set up a greenhouse as well so I can't really help or speak from experience. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in, but I've done a lot of research on shroomery.org and it seems like some people get by with just one (usually Vick's) cool mist that's on most or all of the time but the general consensus seemed to be that the best set up was to have an impeller type humidifier as the primary that is on most of the time (I live in a very dry climate so I'm expecting to have it run 24/7) and then have a second ultrasonic humidifier that is timed to come on for 15 minutes or so every 2 hours.
