Try panache underwire sports bra.
It comes in so many sizes and is great for high impact. I couldn’t recommend it more! I think they also make a non wired one if that’s what you are looking for, I’ve never tries that though.

Yasss! Get yourself this bra. It's in UK sizing though so make sure you aren't using US sizing. And it runs a little tight so you might have to sister size up for comfort. But it's true, it keeps those things in their place.
I have the Panache Underwire Sports Bra and it's a feat of engineering. My large cup boobs don't bounce when I wear it running. I've also heard good things about Shock Absorber sports bras as well.
I would get fitted for your first one because the band runs small and you may need to go up a band size. Or you can try amazon wardrobe. But here’s a link to the one I purchased! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005VNFJFW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QpWxCb1SQMQAN
Agree with all the r/abrathatfits recommendations, but wanted to add a suggestion she try 2toms SportShield swiped along where the band will sit and under where the clasps will be if she’s going to be exercising in humid or rainy conditions or doing cardio for over an hour. Even the best fitting sports bra (my pick is Panache Underwire over Freya or Shock Absorber) still has the potential to chafe!
Aww, your emoticon is so sad! The Panache Sport has kind of padded wires? In my experience, it's not great at separation and it's very full coverage, but looks like it gives a good shape/support in your size range. FYI, generally people report the band runs firm and the cup runs small, so you might want to try a 36H/38GG as well as your normal size.
I wear a Panache underwire sports bra. I'm a 30GG, so I need the support. And it does a pretty good job. I had to size down to a 30G in the sports bra because of shape issues, though.
Eta: I got mine from Amazon here http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Black/dp/B005VNFJFW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451699304&sr=8-1&keywords=panache+sports+bra
Sure, it’s this one. I usually buy them when the less popular colors go on sale.
A properly fitting bra will support and separate your breasts without pressing them too tightly to your chest. It sounds like that's what you're looking for. What I would recommend is first to use the calculator and then post a measurement check with your measurements so the community here can help you find your ideal fit. I think it's likely that the bras you have been wearing are too large in the band and too small in the cup, which is just a recipe for discomfort.
Once you have found your ideal size, a bra with a nice snug band and soft underwires will be super comfortable. Personally my most comfortable bras are from Comexim, but there are other brands with pretty soft underwires too.
Another option is to go with an encapsulation-style sports bra. These bras are designed to completely surround your breasts and hold them snugly in place without compressing them. The gold standard for this type of bra is the Panache Sport. I get the "oozing" problem you describe with some compression-style sports bras, but the Panache keeps everything in place nicely.
I found a picture of me wearing it:

Around 50$.. here they are on the US Amazon
Um. So yeah, I goofed up a little. It's actually not a Freya, it's a Panache. This one: http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Black/dp/B005VNFJFW/ref=sr_1_1?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1417130729&sr=1-1
Derp. Sorry. :P Back to square one, I guess.
Anyway, I do have pretty significant gapping at the top of the cups - maybe about an inch? Though maybe I should go down to a GG instead... a little gapping won't bother me too much.
Thanks for the input about the balcony/plunge bras. :D
I know I already left another comment, but I had another thought I wanted to be sure to share with you. You might want to switch from compression to encapsulation styles. Compression (just like it sounds) pushes everything in, so that may be contributing to your breathing problems. The Panache Sport I mentioned in my other post is an encapsulation-style. Hope some of the advice on here helps you!
