I know most of these answers are jokes, but I saw my friend have a rearview camera screen built into his mirror like this and it blew my mind.

edit: Haven't used either, don't even have a rear view camera. Just googled stuff.
You can get rearview mirrors with screens built in. My dad's truck has one and it is pretty cool. Something like this but only something like it. This is kinda cheapo. My car has a camera and screen in the radio but if your car doesn't have a screen, i think the rear view mirror option is the way to go. Looks good and is pretty functional.
