I bought this. Battery lasts a really long time and I've never nicked myself. Shave isn't suuuper close but it does the job well enough that I've never been unhappy.

Im 23 and dont really have much facial hair and I dont like to shave it all off because then I look like I'm 16 so I just use this. Works great for my pubes too Haha.

Mine is super thick and super curly so I toss a bit of conditioner and water. Then trim it to about 1 in.

This one is in the link that /u/honicthesedgehog posted as the budget pick, and I think it's awesome. For a wireless one, it's a really good weight, isn't loud at all, has plenty of clips for different lengths, and a long battery life.
