Hugo's is clear, but it's a pretty basic style of adhesive that exists in other forms. Being black, it's probably Bondage tape which is a popular alternative as it's the same stuff but cheaper.

Have you tried "pleasure tape"? (or whatever they call it) I've seen it at most adult stores I've been to. It's a tape that only sticks to itself, not to the skin.
