Sorry for the slow response. I have a prosource. I ordered it on Amazon. Back pain I have is related to herniated disk in the lower back. Idk what sections. I could call my doctor and ask. I used it on my bed with no shirt on. I would lay on it from anywhere to 15 mins up hours(after falling asleep in it) But in all seriousness aside from kratom and some stretches this thing works wonders for me. May not be for everyone. But I swear if you can get past the first 5 mins and stay still whoaaa. It was like all the tension I had in my back eased and I would get sleepy just from not being tense. My girlfriend loved the little pillow it came with. She would rest her feet on it after working long shifts on her feet. She said it helped her feet not be so sore the following day.
