That seems fine then. I assume it has not been moved since you began using it? Learning needs to be reset if so.
Mine is at the opposite side of my Living Room to the radiator on the TV Stand. Temporary arrangement before moving house where I will probably install it on the wall.
The temperature in the room will always rise at least .5c above the set temperature. With my old thermostat it was even 1-1.5c. Yours may be worse if the radiator is not in open space as it will heat the room/space unevenly. Meaning the thermostat will be reading a a lot lower than the temperature closer to the radiator.
For this, you may want to look at a RadFan. Might help warm the room more evenly, but remember with any changes like this you’ll need to reset the Learning of the Nest, so it can measure the True-Radiant again.
I think you might find 20.5 to help a decent amount though. Hope something there helps :)
