Is this yeast good?

Also, how do I ferment it?
They already do:

Biggest issue is long term stability, and the fact that you can't really stack them (since they don't really have any structure until they get wet).
No, I wouldn't agree to this. The company can easily spend $20 to buy a drawer safe like this one, put in the $100 and top it off every few months, and give you the key. Then all you need to do is include the receipt and keep a spreadsheet of what you spent the money on.
Actually they don’t. Usually their liners are filled with some sand to give them enough weight until they have enough water to stay stationary.
Here is a company who makes them:
Quick Dam Water Activated Flood Bags 1ft x 2ft, 6-Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0085S0612/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_p6fTAb78BFQPD
The fire department usually announces when they have them. I wouldn’t bother storing traditional bags, they grow things out of them and the bag itself will deteriorate and be gone when you need them the most.
I would look at something like this instead:
Quick Dam Water Activated Flood Barrier 10 feet, 1-Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0085S1VCK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_bfA2CbRMBB8NE
Use something like this.
Put the whole phone inside.
Whatever people say, use caution. This thing is now a ticking bomb. Don't take any risks
Fireproof Safe Bag LiPo Guard Battery Charge Charging Pouch Case (Silver, Small) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00B5PXWP4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_S0wnDb3SYFEW9
For appointments, I recommend getting a slashproof bag with locking cable. Once you've received the cash, test it for counterfeits. Then put it (and other valuables) in the bag, and lock the bag to the plumbing under the bathroom sink.
For traveling between locations, use a money belt or a stash bra. I recommend keeping a decoy wallet with some cash and expired cards in it, so that if you are mugged, you can give them your decoy, while keeping the rest of your cash safe.
For storing cash at home, I'd make one or more "pipesafes" with some black iron pipe. Wrap and band the cash, then put it in a fire resistant bag. Then put it in the pipe, and plug the pipe with a pair of "test plugs". You can see what I mean at this instructable for making a survival cache with PVC pipe.
I recommend using black iron pipe instead of PVC because it provides some fire resistance, but you can use PVC pipe instead. You can find black iron pipe at hardware stores, and "test plugs" can be ordered online or purchased through plumbing supply stores.
Split up your money among several "pipesafes" in different locations around your apartment. That way, if you're ever robbed, the thieves may find some of your money, but they probably won't find all of your money. The best places to hide your pipesafes will vary from location to location, so you'll want to size them to fit in your preferred hiding spaces.
Be sure to write down your pipesafe locations somewhere! You will forget where they are!
I recommend storing them as a note in bitwarden, then give your bitwarden account info to a trusted friend or relative. That way, if you die or get sick/injured, your loved ones can find them and access your funds.
Why not a safe, you might ask? A safe can also work. However, thieves know to look for safes. If the safe is portable, they can just tear it out of the wall and walk out with it.
If the safe is heavy enough to prevent easy transport, then it will be a pain the butt for you to move as well. Most sex workers are young, and move or travel frequently. Pipesafes can be moved relatively easily. Plus, you could leave them behind if need be, as they're not that expensive to make.
How much cash should you keep on hand? That will vary depending on your circumstances and risk tolerance.
Personally, I would first build up a cash emergency fund of about $5 K for unexpected expenses, like car repair, "get out of dodge money" (stalker, legal action), medical bills, etc. Top up this fund as you make payouts from it.
Next, I would pre-pay a $5 K retainer with criminal defense attorney who has successfully defended a number of sex work cases. If you're ever in legal trouble, the cops may freeze your assets, making it difficult to hire someone to defend you. Prostitution / solicitation cases cost between $5 - $25 K to defend, so pre-paying at least enough to get started is a good idea.
Eventually, however, you'll probably want to deposit much of your cash in a bank account. If you ever want to purchase a house or car, having an established history of regular cashflow will be necessary. A bank account also makes it much easier to interface with the rest of the financial system.
However, any funds you deposit will become known to the IRS. So you should expect to pay taxes on those funds. You'll need to set aside around 30% of those funds for tax payments.
As an anti-money laundering and anti-tax avoidance measure, banks are required to report cash deposits / withdrawals (called a Cash Transaction Report for CTR) greater than $10000 to the government. Most banks have systems that send these reports automatically, electronically, along with your tax information.
Bank staff can optionally flag and any cash transaction as "suspicious", known as a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR). For example, they might flag a deposit as "suspicious" if they think it was artificially structured to avoid the reporting requirement. (For example, making four deposits of $2499 in a 24 hour period might cause them to make a SAR.)
Due to previous government crackdowns on politically unpopular groups (gun dealers, payday loan vendors, sex workers), banks and other financial institutions are particularly skittish about providing services to sex workers.
So, if you suddenly start making a lot of cash deposits, the bank will likely ask you the source of your funds. If you don't have a good answer, they may close your account. So, be sure to have a plausible story for the source of the cash before you start making significant deposits.
Brokerages, currency exchanges, precious metals dealers and other financial institutions have similar Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

But really, any small fire safe would work. I found one small enough to fit under the bed on Amazon for 20 bucks. But if space is tight or you have so many cards you need a filing system, try these fire sleeves:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C176SBD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_FVrDCbDKF0Y4X
I have this smaller LiPo pouch and this larger LiPo pouch that I use when I'm charging my batteries and also for storing the batteries when I'm done charging. Theoretically, they should be better than this LiPo bag, because the LiPo bag could trap heat inside, at least from what I've read in the forums.
Are they really explosion proof? I hope I never find out.
And for an extra layer of protection, I put the LiPo pouches in this Craftsman metal toolbox which I keep loosely latched.
Yeah, don't fuck around with damaged lipos. It might well be fine, but I would not keep it indoors, just to be safe. Keep it somewhere fire-proof. Also consider getting lipo baggies - LIKE THESE
A couple thoughts on this:
If a workflow update is not in the cards right now, then what you may be looking for is a legal-size tote:
https://www.amazon.com/Vaultz-Locking-Personal-Documents-VZ01189/dp/B000GOYFE2/
It's basically like a thicker briefcase that can hold larger legal-size documents, but has a nice filing system inside. Cheap & portable!
Also, congrats on the new spouse, new degree, and new apartment! All of those happened around the same time for me as well, it was quite a whirlwind of a time haha.
Not sure where you live but you should be able to buy one online, here is one on amazon.co.uk: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Safe-Can-The-Perfect-Hiding/dp/B003N3FDIA
This brings up an interesting thought. I used to be in the money pit of a hobby that is drone building, and for drones it was recommended to use fire safe battery pouches or an actual safe. I did have some LIPOs that expanded a bit and made the pouch look bloated but never any real issues. Being that ebike batteries are much larger it is probably a good idea to store them in an area that won't cause trouble when not in use and not being watched.
It's a bit late now, even if they are available with Amazon Prime. Look into the reusable bags. Don't kid yourself, plenty of places in Orlando flood. Especially when you could be talking about 12-16 inches of water over a day or two! (Ever tried to cross Bumby and Colonial after heavy rain? It takes a while to get where it needs to go.) Anyway, we bought these last year, and they helped keep us dry: https://www.amazon.com/Quick-Dam-Water-Activated-6-Pack/dp/B0085S0612
This?
If you're not storing all to many documents I would recommend getting a fireproof bag, its cheaper and u can get one that is waterproof as well. I got this one since it has the highest heat protection on amazon but yeah a bag obviously wont do the job if you have tons of files to store :/
https://www.amazon.com/Fireproof-Waterproof-Lagun-Fiberglass-valuables/dp/B07FFHMWR4?keywords=lagun&qid=1540613860&sr=8-8&ref=sr_1_8
Alternatively, get a charging pouch and charge in there if you have to. They are made to contain way more volatile battery packs and they are cheap.
That seems fine then. I assume it has not been moved since you began using it? Learning needs to be reset if so.
Mine is at the opposite side of my Living Room to the radiator on the TV Stand. Temporary arrangement before moving house where I will probably install it on the wall.
The temperature in the room will always rise at least .5c above the set temperature. With my old thermostat it was even 1-1.5c. Yours may be worse if the radiator is not in open space as it will heat the room/space unevenly. Meaning the thermostat will be reading a a lot lower than the temperature closer to the radiator.
For this, you may want to look at a RadFan. Might help warm the room more evenly, but remember with any changes like this you’ll need to reset the Learning of the Nest, so it can measure the True-Radiant again.
I think you might find 20.5 to help a decent amount though. Hope something there helps :)
Just wondering if anyone has any idea if these fire resistant envelops work ... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0741CN355/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awdo_t1_CHpMBb9855JRE

For extra protection then I would recommend doing the following:
Buy something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Leegoal-Battery-Fireproof-Safety-Charging/dp/B00B5PXWP4 but in an appropriate size.
No batteries have burst info flame - they only vented. What's more Sanjay said that the battery casing (the big black thing they're in that is then mounted onto the board) is also designed to protect against fire.
Relax just a teeny bit. Disconnect the battery and put it somewhere that it's not next to anything flammable and sit tight.
NASA please
Just get the cheap Chinese lights, they work fine. Get one for your helmet and one for the bars. If you are worried about the batteries you can get a LiPo Guard Battery Charge Charging Pouch Case.
Here is an example of the lights I am talking about
