Lessig is fantastic. I was introduced to his book, [Remix] (http://www.amazon.com/Remix-Making-Commerce-Thrive-Economy/dp/0143116134) by a professor of a Writing, Literacy, and Technology course as a supplement to the content. It's a fantastic read, even if you aren't all that interested in copyright law/fair use/remix. He's got a few other books out, but Remix is the only one I've gotten my hands on so far.
Lawrence Lessig is another good one...
His books Free Culture, The Future of Ideas: The Fate of the Commons in a Connected World, and Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in the Hybrid Economy are all excellent books on the subject.
