The new Ricoh GR just came out at $800 if you want a camera that can still fit in your jeans pocket. Its pretty much the same size as your S100 (A tiny tiny bit bigger all around but still jeans pocket worthy), but it has an APSC sized sensor and a 28mm f/2.8 equiv lens. Seems like a perfect lens for Street, Landscapes, and Cityscapes.

Have a look at a Ricoh GR

I bought one because its a compact camera but its image quality rivals, or betters, the cameras similar to the ones you've listed comparison here

It has 16 megapixel, which it very good for a small camera, and it has a good sized APSc sensor. It has fast shutter speeds for a moving baby subject and it has a pop up flash.

Don't know what your budget is, but a Sony RX100 and maybe a Ricoh GR would fit in your pocket.

I have owned the Canon S90 (most recently replaced by S120), Sony RX100, and Ricoh GR. My personal favorite is the Ricoh GR due to its large sensor and superior all-around performance. However, my recommendation would go to the Sony RX100 since the Ricoh GR has a fixed lens (28mm equiv). If price is more of an issue, the Canon S110 is a great pocket camera and going for only $250 now, which is half the price of the RX100.
