How exactly did you accomplish this? Exactly where?

NVM

  1. Go here on your computer. https://www.amazon.com/Sling-TV-LLC-Television-Carte/dp/B00ODC5N80/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1497474163&sr=8-1&keywords=sling+tv
  2. Sign into Amazon account.
  3. Add to cart.
  4. Send to device. (Assuming you are signed into your Amazon account on your device) you should be able to pick which device you want it sent to.
  5. Settings on Amazon fire -> account-> sync Amazon content.
  6. Wait a minute. Sling will disappear from managed applications. Launch sling from main menu.

It shows it is updated a little bit down the page and I send it to my device of choice.

There are probably other ways in the AFTV like checking notifications but this is how I do it.
